Dayun Links Passes ISO9001 & ISO14001 Recertification Audit
Dayun Links (Shenzhen Dayun Links Co., Ltd.) has successfully passed the periodic re-certification audit for both ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System). For a dedicated OEM / ODM manufacturer of baby monitors and mother-baby audio and video devices, the continuous validity of these two systems is the foundation that lets us deliver consistent quality to brand owners, importers and cross-border sellers worldwide.
The re-certification was carried out by an internationally accredited certification body. The audit scope covered the full operational chain: design and development, supplier management, incoming inspection, in-process control, finished-product functional testing, nonconforming-product handling and corrective and preventive action. Through on-site observation, document review and staff interviews, the audit team confirmed that our quality-management closed loop remains fully compliant, with no major non-conformities raised.
For brands that choose us as an OEM / ODM partner, the practical value of certification is predictable quality. The system requires every process step to be traceable: material lots can be traced to source, critical process parameters are controlled, and 100% functional testing is performed before shipment. This means higher consistency between production batches of the same model, lower complaint risk on your side of the market, and more controllable after-sales cost.
On the environmental side, implementing ISO 14001 has institutionalized our waste classification, energy use and hazardous-substance control such as RoHS restricted substances. As European and North American markets pay increasing attention to carbon footprint and compliance disclosure, a factory with a disciplined environmental management system is far easier to support through ESG and compliance due diligence.
Buyers evaluating a Chinese baby-monitor manufacturer should always ask to see the current, in-cycle certificate rather than just a logo on a website. A valid certificate in its audit cycle signals that a factory is willing to be externally verified, a strong proxy for how seriously it treats quality and compliance, and one of the simplest ways to separate a real manufacturing partner from a trading company reselling under someone else's name.
Beyond the certificate itself, the discipline shows up in daily operations. Our incoming inspection records, first-article approvals and line audit logs are all kept for traceability, so when a buyer asks why a particular batch behaved a certain way, the answer lives in the data rather than in guesswork. That traceability is exactly what protects your brand if a market incident ever occurs, because the root cause can be found and contained quickly.
For OEM and private-mold programs, these same systems shorten the distance from approved sample to stable volume. Specifications are controlled at the source, change points are documented, and the factory can prove that what was signed off in the sample is what ships at scale. That continuity is what lets a brand launch with confidence and place repeat orders without unpleasant surprises.
Certification is not a finish line but the starting point of continuous improvement. Every year we turn internal audits, customer feedback and incoming-quality data into concrete production-line improvements. Moving forward, Dayun Links will keep using its system-based capability to support customers' new-product customization and mass production, making stable, traceable and compliant the baseline of every partnership.
